Barrels and Boards is a casual, home-owned favorite in the Groveland area. It features craft beers and wines along with deliciously fresh charcuterie, gourmet sandwiches, and snacks. The ambiance in this charming 46-seat bar and restaurant is full of humor, laughter, and kindness.
Event Details
The Game Plan
Spell, Strategize, Win!
Teams compete in score-driven rounds.
No eliminations, play all night.
Words are announced and used in a sentence, the definition will be displayed on a screen.
Use your answer board to spell the word before the timer runs out!
Each correct spelling earns 1 point. You do not lose a point with incorrect spellings.
🎯 Teams compete using a game deck of strategy cards, each forcing actions on other teams as they try to outwit and outplay their opponents.
🏆 The Prize: The winning team earns their place on the Golden Bee Wall of Fame, proudly displayed at Barrels and Boards with your team photo!

Can I attend without playing? Tickets are required for entry. While non-players are welcome to watch, advance purchase is strongly recommended to ensure your spot—space is limited and may sell out.”
