Who We Are
The Friends of the Library is an independent non-profit supporting the Marion Baysinger Memorial Library in Groveland, FL. For over 25 years, our volunteers have dedicated their time and energy to enriching library services for Groveland and the surrounding South Lake County communities. We raise funds, sponsor programs and special events, and host beloved used book sales and community gatherings—helping make the library a vibrant center for learning, connection, and fun.
Marion Baysinger Memorial Library
The Marion Baysinger Memorial Library is a small, unique local library. It reflects and sustains the Groveland and Mascotte communities in Florida.
In addition to the books and multimedia resources, our library offers story times for toddlers, summer reading and after-school programs for children and teens, homework centers, and computer courses. There are also diverse programs for adults and a wealth of online resources available through the library portal.
The Marion Baysinger Memorial County Library also plays a critical role in making information technology accessible to all members of the community.
